Description

The City and County of Broomfield currently has established trash, recycling, composting and roll-off services contracted by one vendor. The City wishes to continue these services as outlined in this RFP. The City intends to execute one contract for the services requested in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected vendor may be eligible for extended contracts contingent upon performance and available funding. In all cases the City reserves the right to negotiate all contract amounts. Parties interested in submitting a proposal are required to follow the guidelines and instructions contained in this RFP.
