11D0019-2025 - Ridgeview Hillside Restoration

The Work includes, but is not limited to, activities associated with decommissioning and restoring approximately 870 linear feet of trail to the pre-disturbed natural state; grading, slope stabilization, erosion control, and native grass seeding; and the installation of fencing, a rock bench, and a crusher fines trail,  together with all labor, materials, incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to do the Work.  All Work shall be performed in a manner consistent with the Ridgeview Hillside Restoration plans, Broomfield Standards and Specifications, and all other applicable provisions associated with this project.
