The City and County of Broomfield (the “City”, “CCOB” or “Broomfield”) acting through the Planning Division of the Community Development Department is soliciting written proposals from all qualified individuals, organizations, firms, or other entities, whether for-profit or not-for-profit to scope innovations and best practices for the updating of the Interstate 25 Sub Area Plan (I-25 Sub Area Plan). The scoping of innovations and best practices is Phase 1 of this project and will be used to guide the rewriting of the I-25 Sub Area Plan in Phase 2. Phase 1 will occur in 2024, and Phase 2 is anticipated to be completed in 2025-2026, and will be subject to future solicitation.
