Description

The City and County of Broomfield (CCOB or Broomfield) is soliciting "PDRC Pool Hardscape Design and Construction statements of qualification from design-build contractors to provide design, removal and replacement construction services for the faux rock/hardscape features at the Paul Derda Recreation Center. The PDRC, located at 13201 Lowell Boulevard, was originally built in 2003.
The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a short list of one or more qualified contractors to propose on the futrue RFP for the project. The CCOB may only prequalify one contractor and proceed without an RFP process. If two or more contractors are prequalified, only design-builders placed on the Prequalified List will be solicited and allowed to submit proposals.
