22-030722 - Design Standards for Community Development

The City and County of Broomfield objective for this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals or firms, interested in creating Design Standards that will apply to development projects during the planning and land development review process in the City & County of Broomfield (CCOB). The design standards will build from the goals and policies expressed in the 2016 Comprehensive Plan, Sub-Area Plans, and other Broomfield planning documents and existing design guidelines. Design Standards should address topics including but not limited to, site layout and design, building form and bulk, building design, landscaping and architectural elements.
