This solicitation contains a specific Document Structure, and a Two Step Bidding Process, which requires that each item listed in the Bid Submission Process be uploaded individually.
A Two Step Solicitation process will be used as part of this Request for Qualification Two Step Solicitation for selecting a Construction Manager.
As part of the online Submission Process, Submitters will be required to use a two-step Online Envelope Process, which will include:
Envelope Step One- Proposal Submission
Envelope Step Two- Pricing
Each item must be submitted separately, Pricing may not be submitted as part of Step One, doing so will be grounds for disqualification from the Bid.
As such, the City and County of Broomfield recommend all interested parties ensure their Bids have been submitted well in advance of the submission deadline to ensure receipt of all required documentation. No documents submitted by an interested party can be viewed by the City and County of Broomfield, until after the submission closing deadline.
