Description

The City and County of Broomfield (the “City”) acting through the Transportation Division of the Community Development Department is soliciting written proposals (“Proposal”) from all qualified individuals, organizations, firms, or other entities, (“Respondent”) whether for-profit or not-for-profit to create an actionable and useful plan to help the City prioritizes safety improvements and initiatives.

The City intends to execute one contract for the services requested in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent may be eligible for extended contracts contingent upon performance and available funding. In all cases, the City reserves the right to negotiate all contract amounts.
