23-001 - Broomfield Fiber Infrastructure Installation Project

The City and County of Broomfield (the “City”) acting through the Information Technology Department is soliciting written proposals from all qualified individuals, organizations, firms, or other entities, whether for-profit or not-for-profit, to provide fiber optic installation services which includes the procurement and installation of fiber optic cable for backbone and lateral infrastructure. The City intends to execute one contract for the services requested in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected vendor may be eligible for extended contracts contingent upon performance and available funding. In all cases the City reserves the right to negotiate all contract amounts. Parties interested in submitting a proposal are required to follow the guidelines and instructions contained in this RFP.
