RFP-Churc-0000000001 - CDWA Headworks Modification

Church Ditch is a carrier ditch operated by Church Ditch Water Authority under Colorado Statutes with decreed absolute priorities of 113.03 cubic feet of water per second (cfs) from Clear Creek.  The existing slide headgates and radial arm gate are in need of replacement.  The structure will require the addition of a concrete headwall to accommodate two new slide gates with electric actuators and Telemetry/SCADA equipment.  The radial are gate will be replaced with one Rubicon slide gate and one Rubicon overshot gate.  The Church Ditch operating season is from April 1 through October 31.  Construction shall commence after November 1, 2016 and must be complete prior to April 1, 2017.
