0001-2026 - Pre-Qualification of Playground Contractors and Suppliers

Cherry Creek School District (CCSD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and Proposals from experienced, reputable, and highly qualified playground equipment providers to support playground upgrades and replacements across multiple school sites. This initiative is part of the 2024 Construction Bond Cycle, which aims to enhance, modernize, and standardize outdoor play environments for students throughout the District.

As part of this effort, CCSD intends to establish a pre-qualified pool of playground equipment providers. Submissions received through this solicitation will be evaluated, ranked, and used to identify vendors eligible to compete on upcoming bond-funded playground projects, as well as future non-bond playground initiatives. Pre-qualification does not guarantee contract awards but ensures selected providers can be invited to participate in subsequent project-specific solicitations.
