CHPA 2022-4-15a - Outsource Payroll Services (Payroll only)

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a provider of payroll services (collectively referred to herein as “Provider”) that will provide CHPA Charter School (hereinafter referred to as “CHPA”). The Provider will provide services to CHPA as described in RFP Exhibit 1, Scope of Work.

Through this RFP, CHPA seeks to analyze the inherent costs associated with outsourcing our payroll administration consisting of contracted salaried staff:


Please provide fixed monthly costs if any
Please provide variable costs for 140 staff members paid 1 per month 100 salaries & 40 hourly staff members
Please provide recommendations for time clock system for remote use including thumb print or other verification and GPS location site input verification
