RFP-CD-2021-06 - Central City Real Estate Broker Services

The City of Central (“City”) is inviting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Real Estate Broker (“Broker”) services to the City. The Broker will work with the Community Development Director to represent the City in the sale, purchase, and/or lease of City-owned property and complete other brokerage services as necessary. Proposers to this RFP must hold an active and valid Colorado Real Estate Broker License.

One or more firms or individuals may be awarded an agreement to provide the necessary services for the City. Authorization for performance of the services under the agreement(s) awarded by the City shall be in the form of written task orders issued by the City and signed by the consultant. Each task order shall describe the services required, state the commencement and completion dates, and establish the amount to be paid for the services provided under the specific task order. The talk orders will be issued under and incorporate the terms of the agreement between the City and the consultant. The City makes no covenant or promise as to the number of available projects or that the consultant will perform any project for the City during the term of the agreement.
