Investment Opportunity - Public-Private Partnership - The City of Central is seeking a partner or partners to pursue development of the historic city-owned Belvidere Theater, 139 Nevada Street, Central City, CO 80427. The development will result in the full rehabilitation of the landmark theater as a combined community/cultural arts center, conference center, restaurant, retail, office, visitor center, and/or theater space. By developing an ongoing partnership to rehabilitate and activate the Belvidere Theater building, and potentially the Bridge Gateway Area (as described on the City website), this project will embrace and support Central City's culture, arts, entertainment, and tourism industries.
