The City of Central is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to remodel (2) bathrooms located on the first floor of City Hall in the City of Central City (the “work”).
This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the requested scope of work and information to be included in each proposal. Each proposer should include a summary of the project understanding, approach, proposed scope, proposed schedule, budget, and the certification required by page 2 of this RFP above. Failure to submit information to the City in accordance with the requirements of this RFP and its procedures may be cause for disqualification.
The Contractor is to provide all demolition and hauling of debris from the existing bathrooms, and provide the necessary labor, materials, equipment, paint and supplies, required for the satisfactory completion of the 2023 CITY HALL BATHROOM REMODELS, as described in this RFP.
