The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified Offerors from one (1) of three (3) membership organizations with professional expertise in either:
1. Federally Qualified Health Centers; or
2. Certified Rural Health Clinics and Critical Access Hospitals; or
3. Community Mental Health Centers.
Collectively these organizations will serve as members on the Application Review Team of the Colorado Health Service Corps to review and score applications for the CHSC loan repayment program.
