**Engineering Professional Services Department began accepting electronic bid submissions on BidNet November 19, 2020. Procurement & Contracts Services and Property Management are posting solicitations on BidNet. Careful attention should be given to bid submission instructions as published in the bid documents to know how bids are being accepted.  As of February 1st, all new solicitations will be exclusively published on BidNet Direct as CDOT decommissions the SuSS Portal.
