The trademarked training courses and unlimited certifications upon course completion offered through the Franklin Covey All Access Pass are for offender educational purposes and are used to facilitate program directives.
This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that Franklin Covey is the sole source from which to purchase training courses.
