The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, Essential Education Corporation, exists form which to obtain a particular platform and corresponding materials that align with GED/HSE curriculum, that partner with Dept. of Rehabilitation, and also provide a TABE testing platform licensing.

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or objections to the determination that Essential Education Corporation is the sole source form which to purchase the proprietary licensed products compatible for the Adult Education Programs utilized for offenders at CDOC. Any such comments or objections may be addressed through: bidnetdirect.com//cdoc.
