Introduction & Background
Clear Creek School District (CCSD), in Idaho Springs, Colorado, is in need of professional services with respect to improving Clear Creek High school Baseball field. Improvements consist of grading and seeding outfield/sod bid alternate, laser leveling/grading infield, adding material to warning track.
Submission Guidelines & Requirements
The following submission guidelines & requirements apply to this Request for Proposal for professional services. Submit a proposal to Clear Creek School District electronically by May 8, 2025. Questions should be directed to Aaron Behring, Director of Facilities Management, on or before April 25, 2025.
1. Include a cover letter.
2. Include a brief profile of your firm or organization that describes the general qualifications of the firm as well as any unique qualifications as they relate highschool athletic field maintenance.
3. Include client references and contact information for whom similar or related consulting services have been provided.
4. Provide the resume(s) of key personnel who will be assigned to this project.
5. This proposal should provide an anticipated schedule.
6. If you have a standard set of terms and conditions, please submit them with your proposal. All terms and conditions will be subject to negotiation
