Castle Pines Metropolitan District (District) has recently completed drilling three new wells (LDA-8, LDA-14, and DE-14). Drilling these wells was completed in May 2022. The District now desires to install pumps, motors, and ancillary equipment in each of these wells to make them fully operational. The District’s design engineer has completed a draft design of the project, which has been attached to this RFP. The District anticipates successfully working with the selected CMaR Contractor on this project during preconstruction and construction phases.
The Castle Pines Metropolitan District expects the CMaR Contractor to provide preconstruction services including design assistance (alternative evaluations and insight), constructability review, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, as well as construction services related to the completion of the project. These services are outlined in the attached RFP document.
