2025-003 - Architectural Design Services for R.C. Icabone Pool Replacement Project-Phase 1

The Cañon City Area Recreation and Park District is looking to replace the now closed R.C. Icabone Swimming Pool with a new indoor/outdoor facility.  The District has hired Wember as our Owners Representative on this project.  In this description we will provide some of the information in the RFP for Design, but the entire RFP is available for download on this solicitation.  You must download the RFP and follow the submission instructions.  Your proposals will need to be submitted to directly to Wember.  You will also have the opportunity to submit questions directly to them on this solicitation or by following the information in the RFP.  You will not submit electronically through BidNet, rather send all submissions to Wember.
