The District seeks proposals from qualified Proposers to remove and dispose of biosolids from Cell D. The Proposer selected will be responsible for performing all tasks related to the removal and disposition of biosolids, in accordance with all regulations governing the handling of the biosolids, from Cell D including, but not limited to, all permits, approvals, testing, reports, materials, labor, and equipment required to fully complete the work.
