Description

Boulder Valley School District is requesting proposals for a consultant to assist the BVSD environment services team to reinspect schools and assist with updating the Districts AHERA reports. We will award one vendor the reinspection servcies portion.

The District will prequalify several vendors for ongoing services. It is the intent of the District to use this prequalification for on call services and quote/ proposal requests. The successful vendors will be asked to sign a master agreement.

Task 1 Assist

Under the direction of BVSD’s Environmental team, update the AHERA Management Plans 3-Year Re-inspections.

Task 2 Inspections

Prioritize Building inspections (Identify critical areas to address for bond)
Create inspection schedule.
Determine if additional sampling is needed.

Task 3 Deliverables

Submit to BVSD Environmental Team final copies of Management Plans and all related documentation.
Electronic files formatted in Google Platform
2 Hard Copies

Task 4 On-going as Needed

Available to perform services on an as needed or ongoing basis for continued updates and re-inspections
This work can include, but is not limited to: sampling, analysis, training, re-inspection, and AHERA updates.

Proposal Requirements
Vendors must submit two (2) separate files, in the overall format as outlined in this RFP, for the response to be considered complete:

File 1 - Proposal Document (Do NOT submit a .zip file, link to a google or dropbox folder, etc.)
File 2 - Pricing

Vendors are strongly encouraged to keep their proposals concise and brief. Vendors must limit the proposal to 25 pages maximum (not including pricing).
