24-06 - RFI 24-06 Windows Laptops for Staff Use

Boulder Valley School District RE-2 (District) is seeking proposals from vendors to provide Windows laptop solutions for staff. Additional information is in Section 3 “Scope of Services / Requirements”.

This is a non-binding, non-competitive Request for Information (“RFI”). Responses to this RFI will not be considered as firm offers, nor will responses result directly in an award for equipment and services. Individual responses may or may not be used by the District as an aid in creating a future Request for Proposals or for negotiation of a contract.

The purpose of this request for information is to:

● Gather information that would assist in preparation of a Request for Proposals or negotiation of a contract;
● Derive a rough cost estimate of acquiring equipment and services so as to examine funding options.

Upon completion of the RFI phase, provided the District has sufficient information and available funding, it is the intent of the District to issue a Request for Proposals or negotiate a contract.
