25-23 - ITB 25-23 E-Rate Network Equipment Licenses

Boulder Valley School District RE-2 (District) is seeking bids from vendors to provide two years of licensing for the existing Cisco / Meraki network equipment installed across the district. Additional information is in Section 3”Scope of Services”.

This bid will be managed in accordance with E-Rate Category 2 rules as defined by the Universal Service Administrative Company (“USAC”).The successful vendor will be issued a purchase order and/or awarded a contract to provide the goods and/or services as described in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a period of two years (subject to annual appropriations as provided in the Contract), with potential option(s) to renew for additional years, at the District’s sole discretion.

Vendors must provide their E-Rate SPIN number in their proposal.
