Owner will receive sealed bids
In person or by mail at BVSD Education Center, 6500 Arapahoe Road, Boulder, CO 80303 and then publicly opened and read aloud at this time: 2:30pm MST (See Attachment A – map for directions)

All bids must be submitted prior to the due date and time.
Late bids will not be accepted.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE / PROJECT WALK THROUGH WILL BE HELD AT Lafayette Elementary School (101 N Bermont Ave., Lafayette CO 80026) on 1/24/24 @ 11:00am MOUNTAIN TIME.
Attendance is Mandatory and you must arrive on time. If you are not on time you may not be able to join or be allowed to bid. If you do not attend your Bid will not be accepted.
