Boulder Valley School District (“Owner”) is requesting sealed, written bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, and for performing all work required for the following project:

Project: Meadowlark School Civil and Modular Construction

Location: Meadowlark School, 2300 Meadow Sweet Ln, Erie, CO 80516

The work consists of 1) reconstructive civil work, and 2) civil, plumbing, electrical, concrete paving, and landscaping work for modular building installation. There are two Scopes of Work Packages; contractor may bid on any one of the Packages or both. Owner can award one or both Packages. (See Scope of Services section of this document for more detailed information.)

Submission:
One (1) complete set of required documents must be submitted on or before the due date via email to stephanie.glockzin@bvsd.org. Time and date validation will occur via email to stephanie.glockzin@bvsd.org.
Faxed, mailed, or hand delivered bids will not be accepted.

Note:

Late responses will not be accepted. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that all documents and information are submitted prior to the due date and time.
The accuracy of the bid is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
No changes in the bid shall be allowed after the date and time that the bids are due.

We will NOT be meeting in person for the Bid Opening.
