Payment and Invoicing requirements:
The District does not prepay for goods or services.
Invoices for goods will be paid after receipt, installation, and BVSD Project Manager approval.

The payment of any invoice by the District shall not prejudice the District’s right to object to or question any invoice or matter in relation thereto. Such payment by the District shall neither be construed as acceptance of any part of the work or service provided nor as an approval of any of the amounts invoiced therein.
