Boulder County desires to purchase a solar photovoltaic system and is soliciting proposals from a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, deliver, install, and maintain a rooftop utility-interactive solar photovoltaic system that shall produce a minimum of 100 kW. Larger capacity systems that produce more than the minimum are an alternative and will be evaluated but the proposed system shall not produce more than 150 kW.
