Purpose/Background

Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek proposals from qualified property owners and developers interested in applying for up to twelve (12) Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) to be used in new construction of multi-family affordable housing rental projects in Boulder County that serve low-income households.
Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. February 7, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than February 10, 2020.
