Boulder County is inviting licensed and insured contractors to bid on the replacement of three decks at the following addresses; 501, 515, and 517 West Geneseo Street, in Lafayette, Colorado. The designs for these decks are included, along with a project description listing the type of materials to be used for the project.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 7, 2018 at 10:00 am, at 501 West Geneseo, Lafayette, CO 80026. Proposals from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-proposal meeting will not be accepted.

All inquiries regarding this BID shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. May 10, 2018 .A response from the county to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than May 14, 2018.
