RFP-James.007 - Design/Build Services for the Jamestown Volunteer Fire Station

Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Jamestown was impacted by the by the floods of September 11-13, 2013. The local volunteer fire station, located at 166 Main Street, was critically damaged and requires replacement. The existing 2,300 +/- square foot facility, along with its septic systems is proposed to be demolished and a new volunteer fire department building and septic system constructed at the same site. The Town is seeking to engage qualified firms to propose on the demolition of the existing fire station and Design/Build of a new fire station facility at the same location.
