SCOPE OF SERVICES: Pueblo Water is seeking to enter into an Installation Service Agreement Contract for the specified bill of services and material stated in this RFP (Request for Proposal). The service provider agrees to completely cover all interior walls and ceilings with closed cell spray foam insulation in the newly erected buildings. The price quoted for these services must be inclusive of all costs associated for qualified service technicians to complete the on-site services requested including travel, tools, and miscellaneous items not specifically listed in this RFP.
