Summary of Specifications:
The BFPD wishes a full scope audit for a comprehensive annual financial report and therefore desires the contractor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its general purpose financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles found in the United States. The BFPD also desires the contractor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its combining and individual fund financial statements and schedules in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. The contractor is not required to audit the supporting schedules contained in the comprehensive annual financial report.
