3252-22 - Blueprint APS- School Repurposing Process Proposal Support

APS understands that there may be individuals, groups or organizations that may want to submit a proposal for a building’s reuse that may be interested in additional support in the development and execution of a proposal. APS is asking for more information on organizations or individuals that may be interested in committing to be available and provide supports for these individuals, groups or organizations.

APS anticipates the work from external groups and/or individuals would include the following components:
 

• convening individuals or groups with shared interests
• facilitating visioning
• drafting proposals

1. Proposal Team Information - Comprehensive information regarding the proposal team, and partner organizations
2. Proposed Terms- Proposed terms of the purchase, lease, or building use
3. Project Description- Description of the proposed reuse of the building or site
4. Budget & Funding- Detailed project budget, including proposed and secured financing sources
5. Project Schedule- Comprehensive schedule of the project from beginning to implementation
6. Applicability- Statement detailing that the proposal conforms with the City of Aurora Uniform Development Ordinance and all other regulations adopted by the City
7. Impact & Alignment- Statement of overall impact on the greater community and alignment to community and district values and priorities
