RFQ-HH-15711 - Willow Park Roofing Repair Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora is soliciting qualification proposals from roofing contractors in preparation to perform repairs to Willow Park Apartments located at 14001 to 14308 E. Colorado Drive in Aurora, CO. The selected contractor will be engaged in a collaborative effort to identify and perform needed repairs to the roofs and gutter systems of the buildings in a manner that will lengthen the useful life of the roofs as long as possible and avoid the need for full replacements.
