RFP-MD-2012-2012-0720123 - Residences at Willow Park Concrete Repair

Summary of Specifications:
1) Tear-out of concrete and replacement as listed on property, locations in addendum but to be mapped out at walkthrough. 



Tearout should be done with air compressor and attachments. 



• Concrete mix design at 4000psi reinforced with commercial fiber mesh. All substrate is to be prepped with roadbase as needed, roadbase to be compacted up to 95%. Preparation of soils and forming to allow for 4” thick concrete flatwork needs to be followed with the pour. Concrete thickness on flatwork will be 4” thick, curb will match existing design. Drain canals will be framed with new angle iron and the plates that can be saved will be reused. All flatwork to be detailed by a fine broom finish with one application of white cure. Resurfacing material will be EMACO 300 for horizontal and vertical patching.  

All supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work will be provided by the Contractor. All clean-up and haul away of concrete and job-related debris must be part of the price. Note that proposers are responsible for taking and/or confirming measurements required to bid/complete the work. Any miscalculations of measurements that result in increased costs of the work will be the responsibility of the contractor.
