AHA is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured firms to represent AHA in all
matters pertaining to the issuance of bonds, including private activity bonds and bank qualified
debt for real estate transactions in Colorado, while remaining in compliance with State and
local laws, federal regulations, guidelines, and requirements. All proposals submitted in
response to this solicitation must conform to all of the requirements and specifications outlined
and any designated attachments within this document in its entirety.
Through this RFP, four (4) projects will be included. Project estimates should be based on a
financing structure that assumes a private placement of bonds with a single investor. AHA has a
long-standing history of working with FirstBank on its bond deals, and this assumption should
drive the estimates provided.
