RFP20210101 - RFP20210101 Property Analysis Services for Residences at Willow Park

This RFP is being issued to identify a pool of potential firms who demonstrate an interest in completing the scope of work andhave the capability and qualifications to do so in a successful manner. The selection process will be undertaken through threedistinct phases as outlined below.

PHASE I: LETTER OF INTEREST
Firms that wish to participate in the selection process outlined below must first submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) to AHA outliningtheir interest and including a description of their firm and experience in completing the type of services outlined in this RFP.The LOI should contain a sufficient amount of the information that will allow AHA to evaluate the firm based on the criterionbelow.
AHA will evaluate each received LOI based on the criterion listed below. After this evaluation, a certain number of firms maybe invited to participate in Phase II of the selection process. Firms that receive the highest scores based on this criterion willhave the best chance at being selected for Phase II. The exact number of firms to be selected to move on to Phase II willdepend on the number of LOIs that are received and the relative competitiveness of the pool of received LOIs.
