Description

The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor and materials to remove/fill the existing pool and complete the installation of a new playground at the location. Please see attachments for additional information.

Proposals must include the following:
A) Demolition of pool cap and side walls 12 inches below cap.
B) Infill of pool with structural fill or road base.
C) Pouring of new slab in play area per drawings [attached, Addendum A]: 3,000 psi mix.
D) Installation of new playground equipment per specification [attached, Addendum B]
E) Removal of gate and railings per drawings [attached, Addendum C]
F) Replacement of any damaged landscape, railings, and concrete due to completion of this project.
G) All clean-up as necessary.
