RFP2020-1009 - Fitzsimons Veterans Independent Living Center

The Aurora Housing Authority (AHA) is seeking to engage a full-service architectural firm capable of providing design and engineering services from the schematic through the construction documents phase and to provide construction administration through the duration of the project.

The scope of the basic services provided by the architect are to follow the parameters set forth in the AIA B101 – 2017 Standard form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect and AHA intends to execute this form of contract with the selected firm. More specific to the options of that agreement, the services to be provided by the architect are to include:
