Description

AHA is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative to assist the agency in working with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades in providing management of the procurement process as well as construction oversight for new construction and capital improvements.

The initial contract will be valid for three years, with the option to renew for two consecutive one-year terms.
Services might be needed for future projects such as:

Land purchases
Current portfolio redevelopments
New construction

AHA is currently looking for an Owner’s Representative to assist in the development of the second phase of new construction at 3002 North Peoria St., Aurora, Colorado:

Peoria Crossing II will be built on 2.089 acres and include 20 one-bedroom, 34 two-bedroom and 18 three-bedroom units for a total of 72 units in one building. The project has been awarded State and Federal LIHTC.

Estimated hard costs are $ 17,600,000
Timeline for the project:
- RFP for General Contractor January 2022
- RFP for an Investor/Lender March 2022
- Anticipated construction starts September 2022
- Anticipated construction completion December 2023
