AHEC-26908-D - Investment Advisory and Management Services for MSU Denver

It is the intent of the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) Procurement Services Office to receive quotes on behalf of Metropolitan State University of Denver (“MSU Denver” or “University”) for Investment Advisory and Management Services for its Series 2025 A & B bond issuance. In accordance with the University’s Fiscal and Procurement Rules, the MSU Denver CFO is seeking quotes from qualified investment consulting firms to provide comprehensive investment advising and management services for the University’s series 2025 A & B bond proceeds. The MSU Denver CFO interprets this procurement to be revenue producing for the University overall, but seeks competition to provide the best value to MSU Denver. The selected investment firm must provide independent, objective, and creative input as to the investment of assets and to the maintenance of performance history for reporting and analysis.
