AHEC-23926-D - Auraria Early Learning Center Playground Poured in Place Surface Replacement

The Auraria Higher Education Center seeks bidders for the replacement and repair of poured in place (PIP) surfacing for multiple playgrounds at the AELC on the Auraria Campus. This project includes removal and proper disposal offsite of existing PIP playground surfacing, and any unusable substrate. It includes subsurface preparation and installation of new PIP for an approximate 3,000 square foot playground area, leaving the current play structure in place. There are also three (3) additional areas that require PIP linear boarder replacement of previous repair work that has separated from the borders.
