Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver or University) invites proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms for services associated with the state funded MSU Denver Health Institute (AKA: Interprofessional Simulation and Skills Hub Renovation) project. The project includes several interior office/academic upgrades/remodels to existing spaces in addition to a full renovation for the Interprofessional Simulation and Skills Hub. Phased construction is anticipated to begin in March of 2023 and must be completed no later than April of 2024.
