RFP-BJ-1310 - KOELBEL REMODEING PROJECT

Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe Library District (ALD) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable Vendors to hire a professional architect to conduct a Design-Bid-Build remodel project of the Koelbel library. This will include design and the production of proposal documents, the hiring of a General Contractor, and overall project oversight. ALD will provide a list of preferred general contractors for consideration. The architect will work with ALD to identify our needs, facilitate the charrette process with various stakeholder groups including staff, volunteers and the public, and create a conceptual design and final construction design documents.
