Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe Library District (ALD) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing elevator preventative maintenance and repair services for five (5) elevators in various facilities throughout Arapahoe County. The contractor’s objective is to provide all labor, material, repair parts, emergency repair and preventive maintenance required to maintain the elevators described herein and their respective equipment components in accordance with the original manufacturer’s design specifications, operational efficiencies, and capacities. We require six preventive maintenance visits per elevator per year.
The contract will begin April 1, 2012. The term of the contract will be for one year with the option to renew for four (4) one-year renewal periods, making the total potential contract for five (5) years.
