Description

The Arapahoe Library District (“Library District”) is creating a short list of three pre- qualified vendors to provide as-needed electrical services. These services include general maintenance, repair, and possible new installation for nine (9) facilities in Arapahoe County. The successful vendors will be responsible for providing service, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform high quality work.

The Library District is offering a 3-year contract with two 1-year renewals. Continuation of the contract beyond the initial period is a prerogative of the Library District and not a right of the vendor(s). Renewals will be made only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the Library District
