Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe Library District (ALD) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable Vendors for printer and copier maintenance. We want to completely outsource toner replacement and printer/copier maintenance. Our immediate goal is to reduce cost, increase efficiency, provide highly trained maintenance, and have some flexibility to adjust for changes over the life of the contract. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, labor, installation, supervision, training, parts & materials (excluding paper), equipment, transportation, service, and the shop facilities necessary to perform high quality work on equipment from various manufacturers.
