Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe Library District is seeking competitive bids for preventive maintenance service for automatic entrance doors at five (5) facilities located throughout Arapahoe County. The work involved will consist of two (2) preventive maintenance services per year per facility. The selected contractor will also replace worn out parts or parts that are damaged with original parts, and must first see that it is approved by the Manager of Facilities or appointed representative.
